- Standard Freight is free for orders over $50 and is $12.50 for orders under this amount.
- Express shipping is a flat fee of $16.50 for orders over $50 and $12.50 under.
We aim to ship all orders ordered before 12pm, on the day of order. If an item is ordered express, this will be sent on the day of order provided it is ordered before 1pm.

We use Australia Post for shipping. Once your package has been packed you will be sent an email from Australia Post to track your package.
Standard shipping can take between 2-10 business days depending on your location.
Express shipping can be selected, however once the package has left us, we have no control over the speed of its delivery.
If a package goes missing, please let us know and we can look into that for you.
*Please note that Australia Post no longer leaves cards when you are not home, a text message is sent to the email address entered into your order with a notification. If you do not collect this from the post office, it will be returned to us. If this occurs we will contact you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Free shipping only applies if the item is damaged or defective upon reception.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
